7) This User Agreement and any disputes arising out of or related to the Service and the Sites shall be governed by, and construed and enforced in accordance with, the laws of the State of California.
8) AdGent 007 Inc. neither will endorse nor will be held responsible or liable for any product, company or content linked to or advertised on its Site. AdGent 007 Inc. makes no warranties or representations regarding the reliability, accuracy or completeness of any advertisement links to and from other sites
9) AdGent 007 Inc. shall not be liable for any advertiser’s refusal to honor any coupon included on the Site or in any coupon book sold by AdGent 007 Inc..
